- Hi, my name is Rubina Akter and I came from Bangladesh two years ago to live with my husband. Currently, I live in Woodside, Queens. After coming here, I decided to further my Education. Therefore, I enrolled myself at LaGuardia College. It is a privilege to be part of Eng 101- 0796 class. I love attending LaGuardia College because I met people from different race, religion and ethnic background. I learn a great deal from my classmates about different food and culture. While I am not in school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, watching TV, listening to Indian music and cooking. I hope to improve my writing skill from Eng 101 class and pursue my education in Early Childhood Education.
